About Me

I also have a BA Hons (Fine Art) degree (Dundee University) and a Confederation of Scottish Counselling Agencies (COSCA) Counselling Skills Certificate (Aberdeen University).

I consider myself to be an open, positive, motivated and approachable person with a genuine interest in other people. I offer a professional, caring and safe service in a private and confidential practice room in Nairn.

My interest in hypnotherapy started when I owned a women’s fitness club.

I noticed the great lifestyle changes, weight loss and confidence gains experienced by my members who had had hypnotherapy.

I have always been interested in helping people achieve their goals and through practising hypnotherapy and NLP I am delighted to be helping a wide range of clients make significant, positive, lasting changes across a diverse range of issues.

In each appointment I draw from all my training and experience in using counselling techniques, hypnotherapy, NLP, EFT and Motivational Coaching to provide an outcome based session that is unique to the client and tailored to suit his or her particular needs.
